Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RC Bench.
By downloading, installing, or using RC Bench (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The App includes AI-powered features that provide setup recommendations, chat responses, and analytical suggestions. These AI features are powered by third-party AI services (OpenAI) and are provided for informational purposes only.
Important:
Your setup data is processed by OpenAI to generate recommendations. Always use your own judgement and test changes in a safe environment before racing.
RC Bench offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by RC Bench and protected by intellectual property laws. Your setup data remains yours. By using team sharing features, you grant other team members permission to view shared setups.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION. USE OF THE APP AND ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RC BENCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO RC VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, OR OTHER PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, RELIANCE ON AI RECOMMENDATIONS, OR OTHERWISE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RC Bench and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your reliance on AI-generated recommendations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by using the in-app “Delete Account” feature in the Profile screen or by contacting support@rcbench.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
